Captain's Mission
“Our mission is very simple! Please the customer!”
People are careful with their money and what they spend it on. Dining out is one of those things that is nice to do, but not essential. With this in mind, folks are becoming more particular about where they dine. It has to have good food at a reasonable price and a great atmosphere. We know we have this combination, but we must prove it everyday.
While we have what I think is a great place, it is still a choice you, as the customer, must make. We don’t claim to be the fastest food place, because everything is cooked to order. However, everything must be right for you.
Where possible, we are doing what most businesses don’t do when times get tough; giving you more for your dollar where we can. You will see it mostly in our cuts of fresh fish and salads. We will NOT be purchasing lower quality food to save money. We will be relying on you the CUSTOMER to return more often because you know you'll be pleased!
We thank you for your support and hope that we will always be your dining out partner. You are the folks who help support us in our effort to provide the best food and service to our customers and we thank you for that!
Your support of your homegrown New Bern businesses is greatly appreciated. We have met the challenge from many out of town chains (which gives you more choices) and, with your support, we will continue to do so in the future.
